Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at info@swandive.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Please let us know if you are seeking a refund or an exchange and include photos of any damaged items.
- Our team will provide you with return authorization and return instructions.
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Safely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Clearly mark the outside of the package with return address.
Step 3: Post Your Return
- Post the package to the address provided by our customer service team - Please note the cost of return postage is not covered by Swan Dive.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Please note, only the product cost is refundable. The original postage charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologise! Please contact our customer service team at info@swandive.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
